Shipment
Where do you ship to?
We ship to any point in North America and Europe. For an additional fee, you can request next day delivery to select locations. In turn, we also offer shipping to Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Standard shipments take between 5 and 7 business days in normal season. In December and June, shipping may be slower. There is the possibility of requesting expedited shipping (with additional charge) on orders over $100.
What do I do if I don't receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our store. If the receipt of an item is delayed, please let us know and we will proceed to locate it. If you do not receive your order within 24 hours, we will refund the shipping costs.
Returns
What items can be returned?
You have a period of 14 days from the delivery date to return the items, which must be in their original and unused condition and must not have been washed. If you receive a damaged or broken item, please notify us immediately and your full cost will be refunded.
How much are the return shipping costs?
Returns are free of charge when you use our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label to the original package, and send it back to us.
Can I return an item I received as a gift?
In order to return a gift, it must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Gift returns will be treated as normal returns, and you will receive a gift card worth the current sales price of the returned item. Gifts have a return period of 28 days from the date of purchase.
